Sounds like an absurd question, but I believe people underestimate the effects of happiness in our own lives. Being happy may actually effect what is happening to you in your life, the life of your loved ones and most importantly your own body and the health of people around you.
I am sure each and everyone of have experienced a “slump” in our lives, where it seems nothing could go right. I hope you have also experience a time when you seemed to be “on,” maybe upon meeting a new love or playing well in an game. Well you may be in more control than you thought. It is not a coincidence, that these events happened to be around each other. As you dig deeper you will see that there is no such thing as coincidences at all.
Let me ask you a question…do you believe in “Murphy’s Law?” If you do, I will guess that you have things going wrong for you at the most inconvenient time. I’ll bet you struggle to pay your bills, since every time it seems like you have money something goes wrong. Am I a psychic or are you bringing this upon yourself?
Let’s go down the list:
I am sure you will say to me, “I am not crazy! These things are actually happening to me.” Well you are absolutely right, they happened to me as well as long as I believed those things. As soon as I stopped believing those thoughts to be true…my problems vaporized. So I ask you, what comes first…the thought or the event?
Try it and you will be surprised.
